Location: Huntsville, AL Clearance Level (Required to Start): Secret Clearance Certification Requirements: IAT Level II or Security+ (required at start of work); Oracle Application Express Description PingWind/Exeter Information Technology Services is seeking an Application Developer to support the US Army Contracting Command (ACC) Chief Information Officer/G6 Headquarters (HQ), located at 4505 Martin Road, Redstone Arsenal (RSA), AL. The ACC provides contracting policy oversight to 100 different contracting offices and subordinate commands located world-wide. The ACC enterprise consists of over 6,200 military and civilian contracting professionals located at contracting offices across the contiguous United States (CONUS) and outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). Information Technology (IT) services supports ACC’s global contracting mission to the warfighters through the full spectrum of military operations. The HQ ACC’s Chief Information Officer (CIO) and G6 staff provides critical mission support services designed to enable the workforce with applicable secure technology solutions that will reduce and ultimately eliminate manual business processing and generate resource cost savings and efficiencies for the ACC enterprise. Responsibilities Document supporting policies, processes and procedures within your areas of responsibilities; Design and maintain custom Oracle applications using Oracle Apex; Develop scripts in SQL, PLSQL, and Linux for data conversion and migration; Adhere to policies, processes and procedures within your areas of responsibility; Perform requirements analysis, development, design, testing, and deployment of custom Oracle applications; Maintain documentation on all work products; Maintain assigned systems in accordance with DISA STIGs, NIST standards, and agency requirements; Create dynamic reports within the Oracle APEX environment using APEX reporting tools, BI Publisher or Oracle Reports. Required Qualifications Secret security clearance 2 – 5 years of professional experience in development using Oracle Application Express Development Version 5.0 or higher, Cobol, and/or SQL Current IAT Level II (Security+ CE) Preferred Qualifications 2-5 years of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL experience 2 years of experience with Native/Hybrid Mobile application development (Desired)
