The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for driving brand awareness and engagement through compelling content and strategic digital initiatives. This role requires a mix of creativity and strategic thinking — a strong storyteller who can create impactful content across multiple formats while optimizing content for performance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how content influences the customer journey, ensure messaging consistency across campaigns, and enhance audience engagement through video, social, and web content. As the internal team’s go-to content creator, you will develop both quick-turn assets and larger-scale projects that support marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy & Creation: Develop high-quality content across multiple channels, including blogs, landing pages, email marketing, sales enablement materials, and social media. Align messaging with brand goals and audience to drive engagement and conversions.
• SEO & Digital Marketing Support: Optimize content for search engine performance and collaborate with digital marketing providers on keyword strategies, content structure, and campaign alignment to improve online visibility.
• Campaign Execution & Performance: Plan, schedule, and analyze content marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and using performance metrics to refine strategies.
• Social Media & Engagement: Oversee the development and execution of social media content, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and marketing goals.
• Video Content Development:
  • Film and edit short-form video content (30 seconds to 5 minutes) for social media, email, and web.
  • Direct larger-scale or remote video shoots, coordinating with contract videographers to capture content and produce polished, engaging video assets.
• Photograph Content Development:
  • Photograph and edit content for social media, email, and web.
  • Direct larger-scale or remote photographs to capture content and produce clear, polished photographs.
• Partner & Third-Party Marketing: Manage co-branded content and marketing initiatives with external partners to maximize reach and impact.
• Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct interviews with customers, sales teams, and industry experts to generate compelling content that supports brand storytelling.
• Community Engagement: Research and attend community events with employees, sales teams, and industry experts to generate compelling content that supports community outreach and thought leadership.

Experience: 4-5 years in content marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, with proven experience driving lead generation and audience engagement through content strategies.

Education: Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred.

Skills:

• • Strong writing, editing and storytelling abilities.
  • Experience with SEO best practices and content optimization strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar graphic design tools.
  • Ability to film and edit short-form video content, plus experience managing larger-scale productions.
  • Ability to photograph and edit content for small-scale and larger-scale marketing use.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

This is a full-time, 40-hour per week, Monday through Friday position in the Chandler office, as well as possible travel to nationwide flooring events.
