What You’ll Do:

Education Coach / Curriculum Specialist - Inspire & Support Teachers in Early Childhood Education!
Are you passionate about helping educators grow, enhancing curriculum, and creating classrooms where learning is fun ? Do you love mentoring teachers, introducing new ideas, and making early childhood education the best it can be? If so, Yellow Brick Road Early Childhood wants you on our team!
What You’ll Do:

• Coach & mentor teachers to bring out their best in the classroom.
• Ensure our curriculum is engaging, developmentally appropriate, and fun for every child.
• Model best practices by jumping in, demonstrating lessons, and supporting teachers in real time.
• Encourage creativity in teaching while making sure learning objectives are met.
• Help create a culture of collaboration, innovation, and positivity across our schools.
• Support new staff and help integrate fresh teaching ideas to enhance our learning environment.

What You Need:

• CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or a related field).
• 2+ years of childcare experience in a classroom setting.
• A passion for helping teachers succeed and bringing joy to early learning .
• The ability to multitask like a pro—sing songs, hand out snacks, and clean up toys all at once!
• Strong understanding of Minnesota childcare licensing regulations .
• Must be willing to laugh at kid jokes (even when they don’t make sense).

What We Offer:

• $35,000 - $40,000/year (Based on Experience & Qualifications)
• Monday - Friday – No Weekends!
