POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will utilize your consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and provide effective solutions. Your expertise will encompass all areas of the store, including printing, signs & graphics, and shipping services.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this role, you will be responsible for: Following supervisor instructions and assisting team members in store operations. Training new team members to ensure consistent service quality. Demonstrating consultative behaviors to understand and meet each customer’s unique requirements. Offering expert advice in printing, signs and graphics, and shipping services to recommend suitable FedEx Office products. Resolving customer issues promptly to guarantee satisfaction. Processing complex customer orders and providing accurate pricing information. Preparing packages for shipping, including weighing, labeling, and securing items. Setting up and operating various equipment for printing and binding services. Maintaining a clean and safe retail environment.

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will ensure proper handling of customer data and financial transactions by: Using a Point of Sale terminal for processing payments. Updating and stocking printing and shipping supplies for optimal performance. Monitoring displays for accurate product representation. Completing financial paperwork and assisting in daily sales reporting. Adhering to all FedEx Office operating procedures and legal policies.

SELF-MANAGEMENT:

Your ability to: Multitask effectively while seeking opportunities for personal growth. Work independently with minimal supervision. Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent education. 6+ months of relevant experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Physical and cognitive demands include: Standing for the full shift (excluding breaks). Moving and lifting up to 55 pounds regularly. Maintaining focus and attention in a fast-paced environment.
