Harbinger: Familiar Form, Revolutionary Foundation. Job Overview We are currently seeking someone with high attention to detail to join our Central Production team. As a Database Administrator, you will have various opportunities to contribute to improving our systems & data at the company . The primary responsibilities for this position will be ensuring our systems are accurate, up to date, and are ready for scale . The role also offers the opportunity to build valuable experience at a fast paced, high growth startup during a critical early product development stage. Responsibilities Data Input: Transferring data from paper-based documents or other digital formats into our ERP system. Data Verification: Reviewing and validating data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with source documents. Data Maintenance: Updating existing records, correcting errors, and ensuring data integrity. Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and document system requirements. System Analysis: Analyze existing data and reporting, identify issues, and propose improvements or new solutions. Testing and Implementation: Test and implement new or updated systems, ensuring they meet requirements and function correctly. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree program or greater in Business Administration, or/and Relevant Degree Attention to Detail: Data entry with high attention to detail to minimize errors. Organizational Skills: Keeping data organized and easily accessible. Familiarity with Computer Systems: Proficiency in using databases, spreadsheets, and other data management tools. Preferred ERP system (NetSuite) and Google Sheets. Communication Skills: Effectively communicating with team members to resolve data discrepancies. Problem-Solving Skills: Identifying and resolving data inconsistencies.
