Development Project Coordinator

About the Position: The Development Project Coordinator will support to the Development team through all phases of project planning and execution, from initial concept through delivery to Property Management. This role involves coordinating contracts and budgets, analysis and assistance with reports and presentations, and other administrative tasks. The role and responsibilities of the Development Project Coordinator will vary depending on the strategic priorities and project deadlines, so adaptability and agility are crucial character traits.

Key Position Responsibilities:

• Support senior team members across various stages of the development process, offering broad exposure to multi-family development from entitlement through project delivery.

• Track project budgets and job costs for month end forecast and cash flow reporting.

• Collaborate with accounting, construction, and marketing teams to track monthly forecast adjustments.

• Assist in the analysis of consultant fees for budget purposes and contract management.

• Facilitate consultant agreements and change orders with close review of consultant billing against their schedule of values and project budgets.

• Attend weekly project meetings, tracking action items and providing support for critical path deadlines and deliverables.

• Attend select internal investment and design review meetings, gaining insight into project strategy, team collaboration, and the decision-making process.

• Provide general administrative support for development team initiatives.
