dnata is hiring a Fleet/Ground Service Equipment (GSE) A Mechanic/Diesel Mechanic at SAN Airport!

Pay Rate: $35.00-$40.00/hr

Benefits include weekly pay, 401K, paid time off, paid training, and company uniforms.

You Will

• Diagnose and repair gas and diesel-powered engines, hydraulic, electric, and air brake systems.


• Repair, recondition, and maintain equipment components.


• Complete electronic work orders.


• Maintain equipment in clean and operational condition.


• Perform scheduled Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMIs).


• Read and understand manufacturer literature.


• Communicate effectively regarding equipment issues and recommendations.


• Work under various weather conditions.


• Promote a safe work environment and comply with policies.


• Meet attendance standards.

You Have

• Own and maintain personal tools, toolbox, and test equipment.


• 2-5 years of relevant experience or training.


• Knowledge of airport GSE and operations is a plus.


• Certified in Air Brake adjustment.


• Ability to perform physical activities including lifting over 75 pounds.


• Willing to work various shifts, including weekends.


• Ability to work safely around chemicals, dust, and noise.


• Possess FAA/Airport identification/seals or authorizations.


• Pass SIDA airport and training tests.
