1- Must currently (or recently) be working in a role as Head of Finance
2-Must have 4 plus years of leadership experience in finance
3-Must be a true collaborator
4-Must be very comfortable working with C level leaders
5-Must have string experience with purchase accounting
6-Masters degree & CPA preferred
7- Healthcare industry experience preferred
