The Oracle APEX Developer shall provide support for the following activities: Continue development and testing of Zero-Based-Resource-Allocation (ZBRA) / Budget Administration Services Ensemble (BASE) activities, supporting "budget" and "procurement" integration enhancements prioritized by Government staff. Support FFD and the UFMS team with annual, CR, or special Budget loads, as applicable. Troubleshoot, mitigate, and resolve reported issues as prioritized by Government staff. Generate and maintain the overall ZBRA / BASE architecture; design and build the back-end database and data structures. Design and code functions and procedures for the application. Design and build data-driven, interactive web-based applications using Oracle APEX. Conduct development-level testing and support demonstrations and training activities for ZBRA / BASE deliverables, as prioritized by Government staff. Architect, design, and build prototype applications as proofs-of-concept or to demonstrate enhanced functionality. Collaborate with FBI Budget Section SMEs to enhance ZBRA / BASE functionality and develop plans, policies, and procedures to meet the financial management needs of the FBI Director, enterprise stakeholders, and the CFO. Statement of Qualifications Candidates should demonstrate that they meet or exceed the following requirements: Experience with Oracle Application Express (version 5.1 or higher) development. Working knowledge of Oracle DDL syntax and PL/SQL language. Understanding of and experience with Agile development methodology. Employment / Clearance Status Active TS Clearance or equivalent.
