PINN, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for an Industrial Rehab Physical Therapist to join our team in Puyallup, WA. Join a busy clinic seeing 300 visits per week! The clinic is staffed by 2 Physical Therapists, 2 Physical Therapy Assistants, 1 Occupational Therapist and 3 part-time massage therapists.
SALARY RANGE: $80,000 - $100,000

Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Current or pending state licensure
