Position Summary

Reporting to the COO and serving as a member of the senior leadership team, the Regional Vice President will be charged with translating the vision and strategy into business goals, managing sales volume, profitability margins, growth, customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction to align with the strategic plan of the company. Wildman has foundational success and a strong brand reputation as a thought leader and innovator in the textile rental industry, the Regional Vice President will lead the service and production teams at the main location in Warsaw, IN and the largest branch in Fort Wayne, IN .

With a relentless focus on people, Wildman is seeking a strategic, visionary, ministry/business minded Regional Vice President to scale the business operations to meet and serve the business moving forward. He/She will be an innovative, strategic, proactive, results-oriented and hands-on leader of the sales, production and service teams as they assess, refine and implement the operations strategy to support future growth.

The successful candidate will ideally have deep experience with a multi-site/state, route-based and customer-centric services business. He/she will actively participate in increasing Wildman’s overall value by assisting in developing, leading, influencing and/or guiding a high-performing and deeply engaged teams.

He/She must respect the fact that they are ministry/businesspeople first who ensure a customer- focused, fast and flexible, results-based and values-driven approach to delivering services…and inspire/develop a team that embraces and lives a similar approach to service. The Regional Vice President will be a committed and credible leader who ensures collaboration, alignment and shared outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Through the exceptional proven skills of pace , precision and influence , the Regional Vice President will:

  • Lead Production and Service leadership teams in multi-site locations.
  • Achieve approved local business objectives including sales volume, profitability margins, growth, customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction.
  • Build organizational capacity by recruiting and developing talent.
  • Define and implement high quality employee performance standards, help employees relate standards to high performance levels.
  • Ensure ethical operation of the business and reinforcement of corporate purpose, mission, vision, values, and culture. Set the tone personally.
  • Analyze new business possibilities within the local region, seeking opportunities for new markets and applications from existing products and/or services.
  • Lead the implementation of continuous improvement projects and quality assurance programs, e.g., identify and communicate best practices.
  • Assist the Executive Team in developing the vision and strategy and then translating these into appropriate local business goals and objectives.
