This role will sit hybrid, on-site, 3 days a week in Teaneck, NJ. Background: Their Product Owner is a one-man team for Salesforce right now. It was implemented into their organization in 2021. This Product Owner is doing all Salesforce related tasks, Project Management, Implementation, and Deployment. He is looking to hire someone to assist him. When he started they had 74 users and now they have 150. They are looking for a true administrator with good customer service experience. A lot of Salesforce related issues/tickets that come in are vague so they need someone that has a resolution mindset. Admin Cert or Platform Dev 1 Cert preferred, but not required. Core Requirements: Experience creating flows, validation rules, creating complex reports, creating lightning pages, and maintaining custom objects. Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications and processes. Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality.
