Sr. Specialist, Global Product Marketing for GSS OR Lights. This role is responsible for the strategic development, management, and growth of Baxter’s OR lights and will coordinate cross-functionally in a matrix organization to drive profitable portfolio growth globally. Collaborate with product teams across business units to align on release cadences and roadmap prioritization. Incorporate innovation to address market needs and opportunities. Understand key market/customer trends and competitor strategies. Drive clinical research requirements to support the value proposition and product launch activities. Drive alignment with regional marketing and business partners on market needs, go to market strategies and pricing. Develop and track key business performance indicators to identify necessary countermeasures to achieving business/market goals. Serve as the technical lead with customer partners on technology deployment for product validation requirements. Operate cross-functionally to deploy new go-to-market strategies for technology including pricing, quote to cash, training and support. Partner with global commercial and service teams to drive market adoption of connected IT solutions. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), 5 years of professional experience in product management and/or marketing in life sciences, 2 years product management experience for device connectivity portfolio, 2 years upstream/global/regional/country marketing preferred, demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive results in a matrixed environment, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to travel 25% of the time.
